Somehow the DVD release of Taken slipped by me. Oddly enough, no matter what version of the film you buy, it's all "Extended Cut":

Also, I just got my hands on the Angels & Demons score and can't stop listening to it.

I have a Town Hall meeting to attend this evening immediately after work to discuss and report on a political issue relevant to the local community. Immediately after that, I am heading straight to the library to type up some posts, including my review of Angels & Demons. We have a busy week ahead of us!

I watched Taken the other night and I really liked it, as I figured I would. My only issue was the casting of Maggie Grace as his daughter. She was wayyyyyy too old to play a teenager. It was ridiculous how they dressed her in "young" clothes and had her skipping around saying "daddy" like she was 10 years old. It was really distracting to me and totally laughable.

As I had no point of reference on Maggie, this was not a distraction for me.
