I broke down and bought a refurbed unibody. It'll be here some time late next week.
2.0Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
2GB DDR3 1066 Mhz memory
I may be offline next weekend for some "bonding" time.
So, to recap for your readers, according to your own lips, purchase of this computer will:
- Make you creative for the first time in your dull life
- Increase your vocabulary and give you a better grasp of the English language
- Somehow motivate you to write
- Mystically pull hidden stories from your brain
- Allow you to type...while in a hammock?
- And lead to movie-making.
Huh. GOOD LUCK!
Good God! You've got me rolling!
I was just thinking about you little buddy.
Maybe you should have bought 2 of them, one for each side of your brain to connect to.
I would need to take up a collection from readers like you to make that dream happen.

Hi Tom I need Help
Hi there, How you doing today? I was wondering if you could do me a favour. I can't get into my Xanga site. I've done everything possible. They sent me a link to change my PWord, and that didn't work either. The link they sent was not working and the actual page had expired. Finally, I got a link and changed the PWord, now it says my page has been removed or re-named possibly. Could you look and see if my page is in Xanga? I'm trying to figure out whether I am locked out or, is it gone completely. Muchas thank yous if you do this for me. I know you're a busy guy.
Hope to talk to you later. Thanks again

Re: Hi Tom I need Help
Your Xanga is still there.
Why waste money on another computer? That's silly.
I wanted a mac but I am really proud of my decision with the new computer that I bought.
I'm jealous of your Dell. It has more raw power and space and costs less, and I got a refurb! It'll be interesting to see how long each of our machines lasts.
